a big HELL yes, once I looked into it more. And I signed up to do a foundational course to begin my journey as a Yin yoga teacher. I am already trying to find a way to attend a 10 day teacher training in Thailand with Sarah Powers in November (an amazing Yin yoga teacher), but I have three kids and an ill mother. In time, it's on my "not right now" list. More on my lists (Hell Yes, Hell No, and Not Right Now) next time.
My original purpose for starting my website/blog had so much to do with getting my voice out there.
My head is stuffed with knowledge that I want to teach! Helping women come from a place of empowered wellness is my passion. While I was already quite knowledgeable in the health care arena, my knowledge of business, website, blogging, plug-ins, SEO, etc, etc, etc. is limited! It is a crazy new world. Thus, B-school to the rescue. The buzz is big! Marie Forleo has helped
thousands of people find their niché. I need direction! I am multi-passionate person, just trying
to figure it all out.
And I am excited to learn what is out there and what's available….because truly, it is kind of overwhelming!!! I may need to already switch my website host to another because I need more plug-ins (like ability to print recipes).
For fun, I decide to write about some 'lovely" essentials I always have in the house. Well…except for the chocolate, it is TOO good to always have on hand. I am admittedly a product junkie, and I love
anything that makes me happy.
I am happy these "things" exist.
~Can't sleep without one!
~I keep one on (hopefully), and one on the nightstand in case I lose it in the night.

~I love my sleep!
~Got at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

that makes skin extra soft.
~A Friday night ritual, or last Sunday, after
a chilly 8 mile run.
~Dream for sensitive skin.

~Just ordered Myrrh and Frankincense.
~Ordered On-line, but I also got at my local
~I can't brag…because I will break out with a (big)
pimple, but I get a skin compliment several times a week. Could be my diet, but I swear by these products.
~You could eat the honey mask. You probably
eat all of the products, which is how I like
my skin care line.
~The Aloe Cleaners smells divine.
~My husband and kids hate the smell of the
Anti-aging oil, but I don't care as I need it.
~New to these, but I already LOVE them.
~So many amazing therapeutic properties.
~TMI, but the Peppermint helped a gassy tummy.
~The Lavender, Valor, and Peace and Calming
Oils are called by a distrubtor as the "COMA trio".
~Never had sleep issues, but I sleep like
a rock when I use them. Great for traveling!
~When I use this regularly, I have BABY skin.
~Well, not baby, but pretty close.
~5 Minutes of Self-Care.
~On-line, or at Health Food Stores.
~Oh, MY…divine, friend Erin, gave me this last year for my birthday. LOVE. Yum.
~The only "food" item on the list, but I had to include it. I am gonna order some today.
~Almost like, I need a new Friday night ritual..
bath and chocolate. My wild life;)
